Nos, bár teljesen beleszerettem a csipkekészítésbe és minden szabadidőmet ezzel töltöm, azért dolgozom is. Most éppen egy selyem kosztümöt tervezetem, amelyet paszományzsinórból kivarrt magyaros motívummal díszítek. Eddig a háta készült el, az elején a gombolás is evvel a technológiával készül majd.
I work with a suit, made of silk dupion. The motif is designed by myself after a traditional hungarian pattern, and the technology is a traditional wire technic.

VálaszTörlésWhat beautiful braidwork! I know this is an old post but I was linked here from somewhere else... and it reminded me of a skirt I did a couple of years ago for a 1901 costume - it took me hours and hours to go all around the skirt with the braid design!
Did you hand-stitch or machine-stitch your design?
